the sixth Motility Academy was supposed to happen in 2020, but the epidemic situation and the government restrictions and recommendations made us postpone the event to 2021. The situation seems much better now and we are happy to finally be able to invite to you to the sixth Motility Academy which will take place on the 9th and 10th September 2021 at Park Golf Club in Hradec Králové (Roudničská 730, Hradec Králové).

Motility Academy has become a traditional meeting of the present or future users of the diagnostic technologies for GIT. What started as a strictly gastroenterology oriented event is now a successful multidisciplinary symposium that regularly connects medicians with various specializations – gastroenterology, ENT, alergology, pulmonology, pediatrics, physiotherapy and general medical staff.

The agenda of Motility Academy is divided into two days as usual. Thursday afternoon will be dedicated to the multidisciplinary overview of the functional disorders of the upper GIT and the laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. On Friday we will discuss the methods of the diagnostics and treatment of the reflux disease and motility disorders. The most popular diagnostic devices will be ready for hands-on training for anyone interested. The event is also a very good opportunity to consult your work with the other participating specialists.

(The event will be held in Czech and Slovak languages.)

Side events will be held at the same place as Motility Academy itself. On Thursday morning before the start of the programme the participants will have a chance to play golf at the golf course. In the evening we will meet for dinner at the Park Golf Club Restaurant. On Friday morning breakfast will be prepared for the participants and everyone will have a chance to learn and train golf with a proffesional golf coach (suitable for both beginners and advanced players) before the morning part of the main programme.

Refreshments will be available during the whole event.

Covid-19 restrictions: We keep ourselves up to date on the latest development of the epidemic situation. We know the start of school at the beginning of September can mean rapid changes to the situation. However, we believe we will be able to meet as planned while respecting and abiding by all the government measures and restrictions. We will keep you informed on any necessary changes to the Motility Academy.
